As stylists we are hired for shopping services, closet organization services, and wardrobe consultants. When hired, it is always our best interest to help you make smart decisions on your purchases. Please be upfront about your shopping budget, and we will use your exact budget to tailor our work together.
All packages whether shopping, or consulting are non-refundable. Please be certain you are ready to work together, since there is never a refund on any deposits paid. If there's any specific situations and you're not able to use the money spent we can hold it for you as store credit to use at a later date.
All wardrobe (clothing, shoes, and accessories) returns from an accompanied or unaccompanied shopping trip must be received within 5 business days in order to receive a store credit or to exchange it. All returns must have the tag attached, unworn, and be received in the original condition.
All requests or change of requests thereof after 48 hours of initial payment/appointment will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Any cancellation of a item request can result in forfeiture of the shopping fee. This policy is solely in place to maintain a viable business model.
As stated previously, there are no refunds on a shopping trip or any item purchase after it is performed. However, if you’d like to return an item it will be issued as store credit, as long as it is received within 5 days.
If a cancellation of service is requested, you will lose 40% of your money left to cover administrative fees. Since we process all transactions via Square, they do charge a fee to process returns on our end. Our fees cover the return fees, as well as the time and effort it takes to return the clothing, and sometimes even ship back. Please keep in mind there is at times a long wait to receive funds back from the vendor or store. If you chose to opted to cancel the fitting you need to allow time for this process. All requests will be completed within 30 days of request.
Any item received after the 5 day mark will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in order to receive a store credit. Any return received after 5 days, will forfeit the shopping fee portion.
All store receipts are property of Tres Chic, and are not to be transferred to client at any time.
Please do not be late for our appointments as billing begins at the scheduled time. If you are late you will still be billed for the time the appointment was booked for and incur a $50 late fee. Location of fitting is determined by the client at time of booking, if change of location is needed please contact us 48 hours or more in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment, please do so with 24-48 hours notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Obviously, in case of a medical emergency where you or a loved one have to be admitted to the hospital, this fee can be waived with proof of incident.
If you booked an accompanied shopping trip, it’s a great idea to wear comfortable shoes and to pack a snack before embarking on the shopping excursions. We want you to be at your very best in order to take full advantage of our time together.
As each client is different, some wish to remain 100% anonymous whereas others are comfortable with being mentioned or photographed on social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and any The decision is totally up to you. All we ask, is that you let your stylist know at the beginning of each session. If nothing is mentioned by the client, it will be assumed you are okay with it. We will also confirm this before recording.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation must made 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Credit card information will be taken at the time of the booking. 50% of your fee will be charged during booking, no exceptions.
Discounts No matter the age, if you are a college student or educator, you receive 5% percent off your services. Must show current school year identification to receive discount.
Senior Citizens that are age 60 and up, all receive 5% off. Must show valid Governement-issued identification to receive the discount.
If you refer a new client that receives personal shopping services, you will receive 10% off one item during your next shopping trip. (No limit, but only one discount may be used per shopping trip)
